multi-face machining for complex parts with one setup, significantly reducing positioning errors, and notably enhancing machining accuracy

and surface finish. It precisely meets the needs of multi-process composite machining. The equipment adopts a sturdy gantry-style frame structure,

with a left-right flipping design for five-axis machining. The machining process provides a wide field of view, facilitating observation and monitoring by operators.

2. Flexible selection of turntable types, customized processing solutions as per needs; mechanical five-axis options include worm gear, harmonic drive,

roller cam, and other transmission forms.

3. The spindle configuration offers multiple options.

4. The standard tool tip following function (RTCP) ensures precise and controllable tool posture during the machining of complex surfaces,

thereby guaranteeing machining accuracy.
